Q. Is the repair expensive?

A. For electronic parts repair, the most expensive part is the screen. If your device uses a higher grade OLED and has more features, the price will be more expensive, such as 1080P / 2K / 4K, 60Hz / 90Hz / 144Hz.
We provide free inspection and estimation. If the customer feels that it is beyond the budget, they can cancel or refuse without any charge.

Q. How long can it last after repair? Will it break down again easily?

A. The durability of original parts is definitely better than that of imitation parts, because imitation parts use different materials, production processes, and even thickness and weight are different from the original ones.
For seriously damaged equipment, we will give customers advice after inspection, and finally the customer will decide whether to repair it. For example, if the equipment is seriously corroded by water ingress, or several expensive parts are damaged, the repair cost has exceeded the market value of the equipment, and we will promptly persuade customers to withdraw.

Q. Can I get it back on the same day?

A. For replacement parts, the repair can be completed in 1 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the equipment disassembly and assembly and the degree of damage. If the mainboard is damaged, it will take 1 to 3 days.

Q. Will the data be lost?

A. No, except for software problems or damage to the motherboard hard disk.

Q. The device I use is a relatively niche/less popular brand in Malaysia. I asked several stores but they don’t have the parts. Can you repair it?

A. Please contact us for more info. We can place an order for you. It will arrive in about 10 working days and can be repaired in 2 hours to 1 day, depending on the complexity of the device.

Q. Can I bring my own spareparts to you for installation?

A. Yes, we will charge an installation fee.
Customers need to weigh the after-sales risks themselves and also need to determine the matching version of the parts.

Repair and inspection require the disassembly and assembly of the equipment.

Our work is to repair faulty equipment. Due to various reasons for damage and the express repair service we provide, sometimes we cannot effectively check the hidden problems of the equipment. If other problems occur in the equipment after repair, please be patient. After the equipment is handed over to us for detailed inspection, we will find out the cause and try our best to help customers solve the problem. If the failure is caused by the installation/repair process, we promise not to ask customers to pay.

In addition, when the equipment is sent for repair and inspection, it is often on the verge of damage and normal operation, such as the motherboard has cracked, but it still operates normally; the equipment has been bent, but it can be turned on normally; the equipment has been flooded, but it can still operate normally, but the inside is corroded and rusted, the phone is normal after restarting, and it fails after restarting again, etc. It is normal when the equipment is disassembled and inspected and reassembled. Some new faults occur. Please patiently ask our technicians for the reasons.

If you have any questions, please consult with the technician before handing the phone to us for repair work. We cannot explain all possibilities and risks one by one.

After-sales warranty
If the device repaired in our store is handed over to a third party for disassembly, our store will not accept any after-sales guarantee.
After the device is repaired, if there is damage caused by human factors, such as collision, fall, water ingress, squeezing, whether it is on the same day or one day later, all will be rejected.
